As summer winds down and school kicks back into gear, we hope everyone enjoyed a season full of sunshine, adventure, and well-deserved relaxation. While we’ll miss the long days and lazy evenings, there’s something nice about returning to our “regularly scheduled programs.” With fall just around the corner, we’re excited for some of the upcoming events in our community.
On Thursday, September 11, the Hobe Sound Chamber hosted our monthly Chamber Breakfast sponsored by the Stuart Air Show at the American Legion Post 62 in Stuart. This gathering was especially meaningful as we joined together with the brave men and women who have served—and continue to serve—our country. In solemn remembrance, we held a special ceremony to honor the thousands of lives lost on that tragic day in 2001. As powerfully stated at the 9/11 Memorial Museum, “No Day Shall Erase You From The Memory of Time.”
On Friday, October 3, we will be hosting our annual golf tournament presented by O’Donnell Impact Windows and Storm Protection at the beautiful Stuart Yacht & Country Club. We look forward to a day full of fun, laughter, and community spirit on the golf course. This event is a fantastic way to support your local Hobe Sound Chamber, connect with fellow members, and enjoy some lighthearted competition.
